If selected for an exhibition, the artist may provide:

  • Postal address (only if they request prints to be shipped)

Data collected is used solely for:

  • Managing open call submissions

  • Communicating with applicants

  • Administering exhibitions and related promotions

  • Sending newsletters (if subscribed)

Selected artists’ addresses are used only for shipping prints if requested.

DATA SHARING AND PROCESSORS

Personal data may be processed by:

  • Squarespace (form submissions and website hosting)

  • Google Workspace (receiving and storing submission emails)

  • PayPal (for processing payment contributions)

These service providers may process data on servers within or outside the European Union under GDPR-compliant safeguards.

Personal data will not be sold or shared for advertising purposes.
